“Parkour taught me that some fears and limitations are self-imposed — or not as bad as they seem.”

Raised in a multicultural home — Persian with my father, Turkish with my mother, summers in Bulgaria. Spanish is the one I keep practising.

Health and fitness are among my biggest interests — I enjoy optimizing nutrition and habits to perform at my best.

At 15 I discovered Parkour and instantly fell in love. The physical limits were nothing compared to the mental ones. Facing challenges where failure could mean serious injury, I learned to break them into smaller steps so I could complete them safely.

Parkour opened many doors: better grades, MMA, spring board and tower diving — and just before university, my first business, hosting Parkour events like birthday parties, camps and personal training.

That business is also where I found my love for building systems. During my first university summer I built a booking system from scratch, plus business management software that automated bookings, employee management and more.

Today I keep myself in good shape physically and mentally so I can perform at work — and I spend my spare time building things and learning about software engineering.
